“Our material needs will never ever cater to our spiritual needs” says the Worship Keynote Speaker and Evangelist Leticia Ferriol on a Sunday morning of Feb. 16 2014 during the “Annual Thanksgiving & Ministries Dedication” held at the Worship Hall of PMCC (4th Watch) Singapore.

The message revolves around the three long lasting virtues: FAITH, LOVE and HOPE.

FAITH – is something that God is pleased with (Hebrews 11:6). “When you have faith, you believe, and when you believe, you have faith”. We are being connected to God through our faith because even though we cannot see Him, we believe in Him (1 Peter 1:8). It’s a God-given way for us sinners to receive salvation (Romans 10:9)

LOVE – God is love. We of the flesh, is sold to sin (Romans 7:14). But God gave His only begotten son who had no sin to die for us, so that we may receive salvation.  And that is LOVE.

HOPE – this is the greatest motivation or inspiration for us to be holy and acceptable before God. It drives us to continue doing God’s work believing that He will come for us. “So Christ, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to deal with sin but to save those who are eagerly waiting for him.” – Hebrews 9:28

Let these three grow in us richly and inexhaustibly in prayer, in thanksgiving and in doing the very heart of Christ – EVANGELISM. Let us seek not the things of this world but the things in heaven. Indeed, the congregation has been blessed with the Evangelist’s message, which she ended with James 2:5 “Listen, my beloved brothers, has not God chosen those who are poor in the world to be rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom, which he has promised to those who love him?”

During the Worship proper, the following special segments of dedication/oath-taking ceremony and recognition were also conducted.

  • Department President’s Turn-Over Ceremony cum Appreciation
  • Adult & Youth Officer’s Oath Taking
  • Dedication & Oath-Taking  of Eight (8) Local Ministry Teams
  • “HAGGAI” Keepers Recognition

Another highlight of the day was the Afternoon Birthday celebration of beloved Evangelist Let Ferriol.

Truly, the joy and spoken messages of the sent ones of God bring forth not only empowerment to the members of the church, but also the blessed assurance of love, hope and faith in Christ.
